By submitting a travel request, purchasing a BoBook service, selecting an optional service, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

restaurant recommendations;
estimated travel costs;
travel information and recommendations;

optional assistance with eligible travel bookings.
The exact services included in each package are described on the BoBook website at the time of purchase.
3. Travel Planning Packages
BoBook currently offers three travel planning packages:
Essential — €19 per trip
Designed for straightforward trips requiring essential research and recommendations.
Personal — €29 per trip
Designed for travellers who want a more personalized travel plan and additional recommendations and support.
Premium — €49 per trip
Designed for more complex journeys requiring detailed planning and a higher level of travel support.
The scope of each package is described on the Plans & Pricing page.
4. Planning Fees and Travel Costs
The fee paid to BoBook covers the BoBook service selected by the customer.
It does not include the cost of travel services supplied by third parties.
These may include:
flights;
accommodation;
train or bus tickets;
transfers;
car rental;
activities and tours;
entrance tickets;
restaurant services; and
other travel-related services.
Such costs are separate from BoBook’s fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Travel Information, Prices and Availability
BoBook makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate travel information.
However, information supplied by third-party providers may change at any time.
Prices, availability, schedules, cancellation conditions and other details may therefore differ from the information available when the travel plan was prepared.
Any price or cost information provided by BoBook should be understood as an estimate or indication unless expressly stated otherwise.
The final price and availability of a travel service are determined by the relevant provider at the time of booking.
6. Third-Party Travel Providers
Travel services presented or recommended by BoBook may be supplied by independent third-party providers.
Where the customer books directly with such a provider, the customer enters into a separate contract with that provider.
The provider’s own terms and conditions, cancellation policy, payment conditions, refund policy and other applicable rules will apply to that booking.
BoBook does not control the services provided by third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that BoBook may have under mandatory applicable law.
7. Booking Links
A travel plan may contain direct links to third-party booking websites.
These links are provided to help the customer complete their travel arrangements.
When a customer follows such a link and books directly with a provider, the resulting booking is governed by the provider’s terms and conditions.
BoBook does not guarantee that a linked service will remain available at the price or under the conditions shown when the travel plan was prepared.
8. Optional Booking Service
The customer may choose to have BoBook assist with eligible travel bookings.
The Optional Booking Service costs €19 per trip and covers up to five eligible bookings.
This fee is separate from the selected travel planning package.
The €19 fee covers BoBook’s booking assistance. It does not include the cost of the underlying travel services.
9. More Than Five Bookings
If a customer requires more than five eligible bookings, BoBook may provide a custom quotation.
The additional fee will be communicated to the customer and agreed before the additional booking assistance is provided.
The customer is not required to proceed with the additional service.
10. Eligible Bookings
Depending on the provider and booking system, BoBook may be able to assist with bookings such as:
accommodation;
transfers;
car rental;
activities and tours;
restaurant reservations; and
other eligible travel services.
The availability of the Booking Service depends on the particular provider, booking system, payment method, availability and other circumstances.
BoBook does not guarantee that every requested booking can be handled through the Optional Booking Service.
11. Flights
Flights are normally booked directly by the customer.
Flights are not included in the standard Optional Booking Service.
BoBook may research and recommend flight options and provide links to relevant providers.
Where a suitable arrangement for booking assistance is available, BoBook may separately discuss that arrangement with the customer.
12. Payment for Travel Services
Where possible, customers pay the relevant travel provider directly through the provider’s booking system.
BoBook’s planning fee and Optional Booking Service fee are separate from the price of the underlying travel services.
If a provider does not offer a suitable direct payment option, BoBook will inform the customer of the available booking and payment arrangement before proceeding.
13. Customer Approval of Bookings
Where BoBook handles an eligible booking, the customer must approve the relevant travel arrangement before BoBook proceeds, unless otherwise agreed.
The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of important booking information, including:
names;
dates;
destinations;
number of travellers;
travel times;
accommodation or service type;
selected options; and
special requirements.
Once a booking has been confirmed, the third-party provider’s applicable terms and cancellation conditions apply.
14. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate and complete information when submitting a travel request.
This may include:
travel dates;
destinations;
number of travellers;
traveller information;
preferences;
budget;
special requirements; and
other information reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
BoBook is not responsible for problems resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.
The customer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documents and permissions required for their trip, including passports, visas, permits, travel insurance and other required documentation.
15. Changes to a Travel Request
The customer may contact BoBook if their travel requirements change.
Depending on the stage of the planning process and the extent of the requested changes, additional research or services may require an additional fee.
Any additional fee will be communicated before the additional work is undertaken.
16. Cancellation of BoBook Services
Cancellation of a BoBook service is separate from cancellation of any travel service booked with a third-party provider.
Cancelling a BoBook service does not automatically cancel a flight, hotel, transport service, activity or other booking made with a third-party provider.
Such bookings must be cancelled in accordance with the applicable provider’s terms.
17. Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable under mandatory consumer protection law, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal from distance contracts.
For a service contract, the withdrawal period generally begins when the contract is concluded. Estonian consumer guidance confirms the 14-day withdrawal period for services purchased online, subject to applicable exceptions. Tarbijakaitse in Tehnička Jarelevanost
If the customer expressly requests that BoBook begin providing the service before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period, BoBook may begin providing the service before that period has expired.
Where permitted by applicable law, if the customer subsequently exercises the right of withdrawal after requesting early commencement, the customer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
Where a service has been fully performed following the customer’s prior express request and acknowledgement of the applicable legal consequences, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease to apply where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
18. Refunds
Refunds of BoBook fees will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
Where a refund is legally due, it will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Payments made directly to third-party travel providers are subject to the relevant provider’s terms and refund policies.
BoBook cannot guarantee a refund from a third-party provider where that provider’s terms do not provide for one.
19. Changes and Cancellations by Third-Party Providers
Third-party providers may change or cancel their services.
BoBook is not responsible for cancellation fees, amendment fees, price changes or other charges imposed by third-party providers, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Where the Booking Service applies, BoBook may provide reasonable assistance with communicating with the provider regarding eligible changes or cancellations.
20. Travel Disruptions
BoBook does not control airlines, accommodation providers, transport companies, activity providers, government authorities or other third parties.
BoBook is therefore not responsible for events such as:
delays;
cancellations;
overbooking;
strikes;
weather events;
changes to travel restrictions;
accommodation closures; or
other events outside BoBook’s reasonable control.
Where included in the selected package, BoBook may provide reasonable assistance in dealing with travel disruptions.
21. Liability
BoBook will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BoBook is not responsible for losses caused solely by the acts, omissions, failures or decisions of independent third-party travel providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights.
22. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
BoBook will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where this results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These may include, for example:
natural disasters;
major technical failures;
telecommunications failures;
cyber incidents;
governmental restrictions;
war;
civil unrest;
strikes;
pandemics; or
other events beyond BoBook’s reasonable control.
23. Intellectual Property
Travel plans, written materials, layouts, recommendations and other original materials created by BoBook remain the intellectual property of BoBook unless otherwise agreed.
The customer receives a personal, non-exclusive right to use the materials provided by BoBook for their own travel purposes.
The customer may not commercially reproduce, resell, redistribute or publish BoBook’s proprietary materials without prior written permission.
24. Third-Party Websites
The BoBook website and travel plans may contain links to third-party websites.
BoBook does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
Customers should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.
25. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with a BoBook service, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter.
Complaints should be sent to:
[CONTACT EMAIL] Please include your name, request or booking reference where applicable, and a description of the issue.
26. Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution
Consumers retain all mandatory rights available under applicable Estonian and European Union consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising a statutory right to submit a complaint or use an applicable consumer dispute resolution mechanism.
Estonian consumer guidance also provides specific information for consumers purchasing travel services and package travel. Tarbijakaitse in Tehnička Jarelevanost
27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to the customer provide otherwise.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections granted by applicable law.
28. Changes to These Terms
BoBook may update these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to a customer’s purchase will generally be the version in force when the relevant contract is concluded, unless a later change is required by law or otherwise agreed with the customer.
The date at the beginning of these Terms indicates when they were last updated.
